Who are the brands backing the Australian Commonwealth Games Team?
The Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games begin today, bringing together more than 3,000 athletes from 74 nations and territories and representing over 2.5 billion people – around one-third of the world’s population.
Across 10 days of competition, 215 gold medals will be decided over 133 sessions spanning 10 sports and six Para sports, making it one of the biggest sporting events on the global calendar this year.
The Australian Team will be represented by 247 athletes from every Australian state and territory, backed by a portfolio of commercial partners helping fund, equip and amplify the team’s campaign.
Here’s a look at how brands are supporting and activating their partnerships with the Australian Team ahead of and during Glasgow 2026.
Seven Network announced its key brand partners for its live, free and exclusive coverage
Seven, the official Australian media partner, is set to bring every minute of Glasgow 2026 to Australians live and free, across multiple platforms. This includes a 24/7 digital offering on 7plus Sport, which will be built around 15 x channels of live content and 8 x FAST replay channels.
Yesterday, it unveiled its suite of blue-chip broadcast partners - AAMI, Harvey Norman, Woolworths, Hancock Prospecting and Kidman have signed on as principal sponsors, joined by Chemist Warehouse and BUPA as major integrated brands.

In-store: The supermarket giant teamed up with Royal Australian Mint to celebrate the 2026 Australian Commonwealth Games Team by releasing three limited-edition collectible coins - From Wednesday 15 July, Woolworths customers paying in cash have been able to collect the exclusive $2 coins in their change. New coin designs will be landing in cash tills each week across a three-week period.
In Glasgow: Woolworths will support in the delivery of grab-and-go dining and snacks for the Australian Team at AUS HQ

Apparel has been a popular partnership category
Speedo recently unveiled its competition and training wear for the Australian Dolphins
The unveiling marked more than 60 years of collaboration between the Australian Team and the iconic swimwear brand.
In Glasgow, Speedo is planning to deliver a family and friends experience for its sponsored athletes at the AUS HQ, along with delivering a kids swim clinic with Australian athletes.
Valour Sport became the official Green & Gold Kit Partner of the Australian Team
The Australian Team’s new kit was revealed to more than 150 stakeholders and media in May, with an innovative range introducing new colours and new fabrics, including the Unity knit fabric thoughtfully integrated into the garment through advanced knit construction.
Valour Sport is also set to play a significant role beyond simply supplying apparel. At Glasgow 2026, the Australian brand will:

R.M.Williams is continuing its partnership which spans across three games
R.M.Williams is once again outfitting the Commonwealth Games, continuing a partnership that spans across three games, and which began with the Gold Coast 2018 Games.
The Australian heritage brand unveiled its latest designs in May with a Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb featuring Cam McEvoy and Delta Amidzovski.
Beyond official team apparel, R.M.Williams will:
Activate the Australian Team’s uniform distribution centre to provide fittings and alterations
Supply a branded INEOS 4WD for key Australian Team events, including the flag bearer announcement at the Australian Team Reception
Roll-out a dedicated content campaign across its own channels, supported by earned media activity led by PR agency MCM

ST. ALi was announced as the Official Coffee Supplier for the Australian Team back in April. Now, the famed Melbourne coffee roaster has arrived in Glasgow, where it has built a café inside Aus HQ and is expected to brew more than 700 cups of coffee every day for athletes, coaches and officials throughout the competition.
To mark its arrival, ST. ALi shared the below video with a cheeky message which generated plenty of attention on social media.
YETI was announced as an Official Supplier this month, and its providing Australian athletes and officials with custom 36oz Rambler Bottles and 10oz Rambler Tumblers, along with a stable of Tundra Haul wheeled Coolers and Hopper Flip soft coolers to support the delivery of performance healthcare and nutrition.
Zoomlite has delivered custom-designed, high-performance carry-on luggage for every member of the Australian Team. The specially-design luggage was ‘Designed to keep up with Australia’s elite athlete ‘ Tough, agile, unstoppable and decked in Aussie green’.
Multiple levels of government, along with associated bodies are getting behind Australian Athletes
The Federal Government announced a $513 million investment in sports funding ahead of Brisbane 2032 Games.
The NSW Government pledged $500,000 to support the Australian Commonwealth Games Team ahead of Glasgow 2026.
The Australian Sports Commission and Commonwealth Games Australia joined forces to champion Play Well, Australia’s national sport participation strategy, in the leadup and at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games. The Play Well logo will feature on the Australian Team competition uniform.
